All products sold on this store are digital EPUB ebooks. Because digital content is supplied by download, we generally do not offer refunds after the download has started, where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you have not started the download, or if the file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, where required by applicable law, offer a replacement file or refund.
