Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (ebooks and instant downloads), sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been activated.

If you encounter a technical issue with your download (expired link, corrupted file, inability to access the file), please contact us at jack_felson@hotmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will resolve the problem or issue a refund at our discretion.
