A twelve-year-old boy, accompanied by his father and older sister, visits a vast American theme park said to be the antithesis of Disneyland. Its main attractions include a refugee camp, a functioning yet bombed-out hospital, a restaurant buried under rubble, a colonial zone, a mine field... The site's name is a reference to former US vice-president Dick Cheney, who can be seen as the opposite to Walt Disney.
